Zebra MC3450 Terminal (MC345B-3G1R64SS-A6)

The Zebra MC3450 is the next generation of Zebra's best-selling MC3000 series – a rugged, key-based Android mobile computer for warehouses, manufacturing, retail backrooms, ports and yards. It combines a physical keypad with a 4" touchscreen, an enterprise-class scan engine, Wi-Fi 6E, a Qualcomm 4490 octa-core processor, a hot-swappable 7000 mAh battery and IP65/IP67 sealing, and runs green-screen apps out of the box with preinstalled Ivanti Velocity terminal emulation. This version, MC345B-3G1R64SS-A6, is the MC3450 with 5G mobile data (Nano SIM + eSIM) and GPS. Configuration: gun (pistol grip) with scan trigger, the SE58 extended-range imager with IntelliFocus (up to 30.5 m), 6 GB RAM / 128 GB Flash with 13 MP + 5 MP cameras (Full configuration), a 47-key alphanumeric keypad.

Key Features

• The next-generation MC3000 – look and feel are nearly identical to the MC3300 series, so users need practically no training, and existing MC33 charging cradles and battery chargers can be reused.
• Gun form factor – ergonomic pistol grip with scan trigger for comfortable, scan-intensive work all shift long, at shelf and pallet level.
• Choose your scan range – this version has the SE58 extended-range imager with IntelliFocus (up to 30.5 m – ideal for containers in ports and yards); every engine captures virtually any barcode, damaged or poorly printed, on the first try.
• Easier data entry, even with gloves – larger keys with more space between them; choose a 29-key numeric, 38-key function numeric or 47-key alphanumeric keypad (this version: 47 keys, alphanumeric).
• 5G, Wi-Fi 6E and GPS – public and private 5G/LTE (data), Nano SIM + eSIM for two networks, dual-band GNSS and eCompass – connected from the production floor to vast outdoor yards.
• 2.5x more processing power – Qualcomm 4490 octa-core 2.4 GHz processor, up to 6 GB RAM / 128 GB Flash and microSD up to 2 TB; Android with GMS and support for future Android versions.
• 13 MP rear + 5 MP front camera – document damage, capture bills of lading, make video calls and log in securely with Identity Guardian facial recognition.
• The most rugged MC3000 ever – IP65/IP67 dust- and waterproof (can be submerged and hosed down), 1.8 m drops to concrete across the full temperature range, 4,000 tumbles at 1 m, −20 °C to +50 °C.
• All-shift power – 7000 mAh PowerPrecision+ battery with hot swap and session persistence; the optional BLE battery lets Device Tracker find lost devices even when they are switched off.
• Terminal emulation out of the box – Ivanti Velocity preinstalled and pre-licensed, plus Staylinked SmartTE to modernise green-screen apps; Zebra DNA tools for staging, DataWedge and device management.
