RAM Mounts Torque Small Rail Base (RAM-B-408-37-62U) is a low-profile collar clamp for round rails 9.5–15.9 mm (0.375"–0.625") in diameter – ideal for scooter and motorcycle mirror stems, headrest posts and other thin rails. Composite sizing inserts give a snug fit and protect the surface, and nylon-insert lock nuts keep the clamp tight in high-vibration environments. The 1" B-size ball connects to any B-size double socket arm and holder.
