RAM Mounts GDS Uni-Conn Locking Tablet Dock + USB-A with Release Button (RAM-GDS-DOCKL-U4CDU) is a universal snap-in dock for tablets in an IntelliSkin sleeve fitted with the GDS Uni-Conn adapter (RAM-GDS-U1U) – one dock type for many tablet models in vehicles, on carts or at fixed workstations. Push the tablet into the base until it clicks into place; power from the USB-C input reaches the device through the pogo pins of the Uni-Conn adapter, and a release button frees it again. A 215 mm pigtail with one USB-A port (500 mA) connects a peripheral device. An integrated key lock deters theft. For open-cockpit vehicles such as forklifts, RAM recommends the GDS Tough-Dock instead.
