Spring tension holds the laptop securely, and four flat side clamping arms let the lid close completely while the laptop stays in the tray. The arms adjust vertically and horizontally for different laptop thicknesses and so they do not block ports or drives, while perimeter hole patterns allow additional RAM mounts for GPS units, handhelds or other electronics. The tray connects to RAM bases and vehicle mounts through its 4-hole AMPS pattern (30 × 38 mm).

📦 What's in the box – RAM-234-3FL

Tough-Tray laptop holder – spring-loaded, for laptops 10–16" (254–406 mm) wide

Flat clamping arm kit – 4 flat side arms (RAM-234K1-4U)

Mounting hardware – 4× machine screw #10-24 x 7/8", 4× thin nyloc nut #10-24

💡 To get started, you might also consider a D-size round AMPS ball plate with a D-size double socket arm and base, or the RAM No-Drill universal vehicle mount with AMPS plate.

View accessories →

Key Features

Spring-loaded tray – fits most laptops 10–16" (254–406 mm) wide;
