It screws onto any 1/2" NPT male thread, including the RAM-PA82xx series of rigid aluminium tubes, so a pole or pedestal can end in a RAM socket that grips any C-size ball base, adapter or device holder. The socket is tightened with the supplied knob; the part is made of marine-grade aluminium and holds up to 1.8 kg (4 lb) in standard use.

📦 What's in the box – RAM-200-1U

Single socket arm – C-size (1.5") socket, 1/2" NPT female thread

Knob – with bolt and spring

💡 To get started, you might also consider the 229 mm aluminium tube with 1/2" NPT threads on both ends and a ball with 1/2" NPT thread for the base end of the tube.

View accessories →

Key Features

1/2" NPT female thread – fits any 1/2" NPT male thread, incl.
