TSC PEX-1000 Series Print Engine

The TSC PEX-1000 Series is a 4-inch print engine for print-and-apply systems and automated labelling lines, built into an applicator or production machine rather than standing on a desk. The versions we offer print thermal transfer and direct thermal at 203 dpi on a 104 mm printhead, have a 3.5-inch colour LCD and connect via USB, RS232, Ethernet, parallel and a GPIO (DB15F) port for line control.

Both versions are otherwise the same: left- and right-hand engines are mirror images, so choose the one that matches the side of the line where it will be mounted. Spare printheads are listed as accessories.

PEX-1000 or PEX-2000?

Choose the PEX-1000 Series when 4-inch labels at 203 dpi are enough. Choose the TSC PEX-2000 Series when you need 300 or 600 dpi or a 6-inch print width.
